Authors of Fairy Houses Fame Release FAIRY HOUSES … UNBELIEVABLE!:
A photographic journey of the national fairy house phenomenon

Lee, NH: Author Tracy Kane and Photographer Barry Kane announce the release of FAIRY HOUSES … UNBELIEVABLE!, a photographic compilation of fairy houses from around the country. The 96 page full color publication from Light-Beams Publishing will be available June 1st at bookstores, gift stores and online for $19.95.

Fairy houses are small structures for fairies and nature’s friends to visit. Fairy houses are made out of natural materials such as sticks, bark, dry grasses, pebbles, shells, feathers, seaweed, pine cones and nuts. Ranging from rustic to intricate, these whimsical habitats are built by children, families, gardeners and nature lovers reflecting their creativity, joy and pride.

The wave of fairy house building throughout the country was inspired by Tracy Kane—Lee, New Hampshire resident and author of The Fairy Houses Series® of books. The series has popularized this wonderful outdoor activity that originally started on islands off the coast of New England. Barry Kane’s photographs featured in FAIRY HOUSES … UNBELIEVABLE! capture the magic and creativity of fairy houses from around the country. Many featured are from author fairy house workshops, events and tours.

FAIRY HOUSES … UNBELIEVABLE! is published by Light-Beams Publishing, which is committed to connecting families and nature through books, videos and events featuring fairy houses. FAIRY HOUSES … UNBELIEVABLE!.is the latest addition to the Light-Beams Publishing library, which includes the award-winning Fairy Houses Series® of illustrated books: Fairy Houses, Fairy Flight and Fairy Boat. Other Fairy House publications include Forest Secrets, the mystery book for middle grade readers, Fairy Houses…Everywhere! and Fairy Houses and Beyond! FAIRY HOUSES … UNBELIEVABLE! is the third photographic compilation to be published by Light-Beams Publishing.

    Dear Tracy,
It was a pleasure meeting you. I am the one whose Dad has cancer and I had to be at Roswell Park for the Corn Hill Festival. I did want to let you know I did win! Best use of natural materials and I won your new Fairy Houses book which is magical. Thanks so much!
