• Net 30 days, late fee of 1.5% per month. (Trade references required.)
• Standard trade discounts.
• Minimum: 12 items. Can be mixed.
• Shipping billed to Reseller. Shipper chosen at our discretion.
• Orders are non-returnable, unless stated.

Damage Returns Policy

• Books shipped in error or received in a defective or damaged condition may be returned for full credit.
• Damage returns eligible only if claim is made within 7 days from ship date.
• Advance permission required with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
• Returns credited at purchase price - no cash refunds.
• Returns must be accompanied by a packing list.
• Freight prepaid by customer via carrier of own choice
• Credits void after 3 months
