Tracy Kane’s award-winning “Fairy Houses Series®” of books is inspiring children to reconnect with nature through the activity of building fairy houses. These small habitats are made from natural materials to attract fairies and their animal friends.

Enjoy a lively, visual program that shows how Tracy’s books introduce this fun cross-generational activity.

Fairy Houses are appearing in backyards, school playgrounds and even retirement communities where residents enjoy making these whimsical structures with visiting grandchildren.

Learn how The Fairy Houses Series® has reached into communities in unique ways:

• Schools & Libraries - promotes hands-on literacy while encouraging creativity and imagination.
• Nature Centers - perfect venues for fairy houses and bonding kids with nature.
• Garden Clubs / Horticultural Centers - encourages an interest in plants and growing things
• Environmental Groups - subtly teaches respect for the environment and a responsibility for actions.

Hear how whole communities have come together in a “Friend Raiser” by holding a “Fairy Houses Tour” event to benefit local non-profit organizations.
