• Shipping billed to Reseller. Shipper chosen at our discretion, normally FedEx Ground.
• Orders are non-returnable, unless stated.

Damage Returns Policy

• Books shipped in error or received in a defective or damaged condition may be returned for full credit.
• Damage returns eligible only if claim is made within 7 days from ship date.
• Advance permission required – a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
• Returns credited at purchase price - no cash refunds.
• Returns must be accompanied by a packing list.
• Freight prepaid by customer, via carrier of own choice
• Credits void after one year
