Note: Tracy Kane will not be appearing at this event.
This is a day of enchantment and fun for all ages! Use your “Fairy Passport” (available at the Peterborough Historical Society and Mariposa Museum the day of the event) to go on a treasure hunt locating wondrous wee folk dwellings throughout the downtown area!
Arts and crafts activities will be available at both the Mariposa Museum and the Historical Society. Come by and make a fairy wand, some wee goodies or your own fairy! You can listen to fairy tales, have your picture taken at the fairy mug board, vote for your favorite fairy house, have your face painted, join in a fairy parade and have fairy snacks!
Can I participate? Absolutely!! You may create a fairy house to share with the community. All fairy houses must be delivered on Friday July 20 by 4 pm
You may create and enter a fairy house for free.
“Fairy Passports” are available for $5 each to guide you to the places you can find the wee folks’ homes. Each passport also gives you an entry into the drawing for several door prizes.
